2025 Application Deadlines
Regular Entry deadline has been extended! Submit your application by September 8, 2024 to save on fees. Don't miss this opportunity to perform in front of a global audience at the SXSW Music Festival, taking place from March 10-15, 2025.
- Regular Entry: June 25 –
August 31, 2024September 8, 2024 ($35) - Late Entry: September 9 – October 31, 2024 ($75)
- Final Deadline: October 31, 2024 at 11:59pm PT ($75)
Music Showcase applications are open to:
- All music genres
- Artists from around the world
- Signed and unsigned artists
Important details:
- One official SXSW showcase performance is guaranteed per invited act
- Showcase slots run an average of 40 minutes (some exceptions may apply)
- Showcases will take place between March 10-15, 2025
- SXSW does not cover artist travel or accommodation expenses
- Some showcases may not provide backline
Within 48 hours of submitting an application, you will receive a confirmation email from SXSW.
